This class is designed for high school students looking to strengthen their portfolio for college admission. Drawing from life is emphasized. We will work on still life, portrait, figure, and perspective with different material including charcoal, graphite, acrylic, watercolor and pastels. We also have discussions regarding the application process as well as the transition to college.

Creative Girls Group
Looking for a place to use art materials, be creative and expressive while being with a group of your peers? Than this is the group for you. The girls will be given ideas with a theme using a variety of materials such as clay, paint, and collage. They are then encouraged to create and explore. Some of the benefits of art making are to reduce stress, have a sense of accomplishment and to connect to others.

Children's and Teen Art- drawing, painting, mix medium
These art classes are designed for children ages 5 years through teens. Your child will learn the basic elements of art such as line, shape, color, value, form, texture and space. We will be using many mediums for drawing and painting such as oil pastels, chalk pastels, pencil, water colors, acrylics, markers, charcoal, clay and paints. Many lessons have an art history component, where students work in the style of an artist or an art movement. The children are encouraged to explore new ideas and materials while using their individual strengths. $20 a class. All supplies included.
